Priority Commitment: At Bloody Battery™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge.

Returns:
- Duration: A 30-day window from the date of purchase is available for returns or exchanges. Beyond this period, we cannot accommodate refund or exchange requests.
- Eligibility: Items should be in their original, unused state and in the original packaging for a valid return.
- Documentation: Ensure a copy of the invoice or packing slip is included with your return. Please clearly display your name and address on the package.
- Shipping & Handling: All associated costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount.
Refunds:
Upon inspection of the returned item, you'll be notified via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will reflect in your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Sale Items:
Refunds are exclusively for regularly priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same product, please email alex@bloodybattery.com.
Shipping Notes:
- Customers bear the shipping costs for returned items.
- If the returned item's value exceeds $75, consider opting for trackable shipping or shipping insurance. While we strive to ensure all items reach us safely, without proof of delivery, we can't guarantee receipt of your return.
Special Note:
Bloody Battery reserves the right to decline returns from customers with a frequent return history. Moreover, we may restrict orders from those who demonstrate a consistent pattern of post-purchase returns.
